We offer a variety of services to meet your car detailing needs, including exterior wash, interior clean, full detail (which includes both exterior and interior cleaning), and ceramic coating for long-lasting protection. We also offer a range of additional services like pet hair removal and headlight restauration.

3. How long does a mobile detailing service take?

The duration of the service depends on the size of your vehicle and the level of detailing required. On average, a standard exterior wash and interior clean take about 1 to 2 hours, while a full detail can take anywhere from 3 to 5 hours.

4. What additional charges might I incur when using your service?

Extensive Cleaning Surcharge: If your vehicle requires extra cleaning due to heavy dirt, spills, or biohazards (e.g., vomit), a surcharge will apply. This covers the additional time and specialized cleaning required. We will assess and communicate any extra costs before starting the service.

Call Out Fee: For locations more than 20 kilometers from our base in Remuera, Auckland, a call out fee starting at $20 will apply, depending on the distance.

5. How often should I get my car detailed?

The frequency of detailing depends on several factors, such as your driving habits, where you park your vehicle, and the weather conditions. As a general guideline, we recommend getting your car detailed at least once every 3 to 6 months to maintain its appearance and protect its resale value.

6. Do I need to provide anything for the service?

We only require access to water and electricity for our equipment. If you have specific cleaning products or preferences, please let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
